STRESS !!!!

ARGGGHHHHHHH !!! Why am I stress ?!!!!!! ?!!!!!?!?!!?!?!?
Help me ! . Having this stress things is making me dying . What should I do ? Hmmm , I need to face it . Stress lah siall ! :'( . When I have this stress , I always need a friend beside me . Thank God , my babies are with me everyday :) . Thanks babies ♥ . I hate stress . It makes me feel very uncomfortable to live , don't you know ?! . Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth , a forgetting of the breath . Stress is an ignorant state . It believes that everything is an emergency . Nothing is that important . So maybe I just should lie down . Actually , I need some sleep to relex my mind from the stress misery . It always happen by family , friends and life style . Wow , stress do make me wanna die . Oh my god , I'm so dizzy , lazy and absolutely crazy . I always igmore people when I'm stress . Shit ! I don't want to ignore people . Sorry if I ignore you people that I love . If someone out there is stress like me  , let me give you something :
